Dear friend of the Qigong For Living association I would like to invite you to participate in our next free training event on Sat. 27th September in Rosengarten, Bern from 10 to 12. In this special occasion we are hosting Fabian Cretton to guide the first part of the training with some internal exercises for taichi (taiji neigong), which he has learnt from his master in China. These are seldom taught exercises and Fabian is being very generous to share them with us, as these are usually only taught in closed circles.
