An essay on the Taiji Quan Lun (attributed to its legendary creator Zhang San Feng 张三丰)
Empty and full must be clearly understood, each part is empty and full. All the parts are linked, there cannot be the slightest break.
Conclusion: Adding some more precision to the meticulous internal work
Each joint, each body part, each cell, can be empty or full, but above all empty and full. Empty and full then refer to Yin (matter: the body, the cells) and Yang (energy: thoughts, nerve impulse). Yi reaches each body part, the nerve impulse reaches each muscular cell (amongst others), and there is not the slightest break: no cell is excluded, nerve impulse is synchronized, and moreover this state endures.
